Steve Lapicki CPT

Steve is been an OCR World Championship Finisher and competitor since 2016. He has just qualified again for this years OCRWC in London, ranked #1 in his age group in his most recent Bonefrog Sprint and 5th overall. Steve has been an endurance athlete since 2013 and competed in his first Spartan Trifecta in 2015. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and works with athletes to develop a specific and ultra personalized training program to help them find their optimal performance in the gym and on the course. He loves learning about new training philosophies and techniques and helping others. In Steve's spare time, he enjoys video games, sports, rock climbing and spending time with family.

Jessie Barker pn1 

Jessie is a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach who has been living a plant based lifestyle for over 3 years. She's been racing in OCR competitions since 2016 with her partner Steve and has just qualified for OCR World Championships in London for the first time. Jessie has been practicing healthy eating and coaching most of her life and has a passion for helping people reach their goals. As a  Nutrition Coach, she helps OCR athletes of all levels in their full pursuit their goals. You'll often find her reading the latest research about health and fitness as well as all of the resourceful plant-based lifestyle books and podcasts. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, cooking, cycling, playing fetch with her greyhounds and people watching.
