This is a complete analysis of your lifestyle, your goals and you're recommended macronutrient intake based on those goals. We conduct a complete initial assessment with you and provide you with any tips and provide several worksheets and infograms for you to work with that will help you with meal prepping, finding nutrient dense whole foods, and behavior awareness. This program includes:

  • Initial evaluation assessment + phone call

  • Personalized, specific Macronutrient breakdown based on both internal and externals factors

This personalized program will have you prepared for your 2019 season. Starting January 1, this three month program will focus on building your endurance, speed, and strength to have you ready to have your best season yet. Through a detailed goal setting process, we will work together to ensure that your Pre-Season is preparing you for the long race season ahead. Programing will be focused on increasing performance during the 12-16 weeks between January 1 and your first race in March/April. This program includes:
